The project MIRAD aims at the design, development and testing of a new radar instrument for measuring deformations to be used in structural, buildings and landslide monitoring. In such contexts, an instrument that is easily transportable and deployable is needed even on non-flat terrain but which at the same time is sufficiently accurate to achieve submillimetric accuracies.
The main goals of the project are:
The estimated cost for these activities including the financing is around € 290.000,00.
